• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
• Measure and record patients' motor function, strength, and muscle performance
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, including stretching and massage techniques
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques for improved mobility and strength
• Operate and instruct patients on the use of therapeutic equipment and devices
• Observe patients and document progress through detailed reports
• Maintain a safe, clean, and confidential working environment
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current New York State PTA License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
