• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments for adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Fabricate orthotic and splinting devices as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• New York State Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in pediatric outpatient services preferred
