• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care needs
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care
• Document care according to professional standards and clinical priorities
• Advocate for evidence-based practice and support innovative care delivery
• Ensure patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of operating room experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• BLS and ACLS certifications
