Join us as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in our dynamic Float Pool. This role offers the opportunity to work across various intensive care units, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in multiple critical care settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and symptoms
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Active Washington State Registered Nurse License
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year of critical care nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work in various ICU environments
