Occupational Therapist - Pediatric

Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist with a passion for pediatric care? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our esteemed team in beautiful Corning, NY. This role offers an opportunity to work with diverse patients while enjoying the picturesque Finger Lakes region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments for wheelchairs, splints, and ADL equipment
  • Fabricate orthotic assistive and splinting devices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Contribute to the development of new occupational therapy services

Requirements:

  • NYS Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in pediatric outpatient services preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire)
