What You'll Do:

• Act as a staunch advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are upheld.
• Drive patient care by conducting thorough nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last two years) is required. Flexibility in working across various units is essential.
• Must hold a current registered professional nurse license in the practicing state, compliant with local laws and regulations. Candidates with a multi-state license must designate Florida as their primary state within 90 days of hire or residency establishment.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing is mandatory.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Completion of AHCA Level 2 background screening and fingerprinting is required.
